2024 Portugal - Lisbon and Cruising the Duoro RiverGood Carma Travel took a small group to Portugal with AMA Waterways. We spent several days exploring Lisbon and surrounds, then a week touring the Douro River round trip from Porto to the Spanish border. A day trip to Salamanca, Spain was included. Another fantastic river cruise on AMA Waterways

2024 France - Paris, 24H Le Mans, NormandyJune of 2024 - a Good Carma Travel curated tour to France. We started in Paris, staying in the Mont Martre neighborhood where we visited the Le Bourget National Air & Space Museum. We then connected with The Grand Prix Club to attend the 24 Hours of Le Mans (Ferrari won!). Afterwards, another day in the Loire River Valley where we visited an armored vehicle museum and then tasted sparkling wine from a wine cave. We finished in Normandy where we visited castles, the Bayeux Tapestry, the Normandy D-Day beaches and Airborne sites, then a day at Mont St Michel.

2024 AMA Magna on the DanubeWe kicked off the 2024 travel season with AMA Waterways and their fabulous AMA Magna on it's initial voyage of 2024 from Vilshofen, Germany to Budapest, Hungary. An excellent trip to take in off-season. While a bit chilly, we had great weather and the ports were exellent.

2023 Alaska CruiseSailing out of Vancouver, BC on Holland America's Koningsdam. We had a wonderful week-long experience with our group of 34 friends! Fine food, fine friends, the fine scenery and sights of Alaska's Inside Passage

2023 Thailand with Go Ahead ToursJune of 2023 - We joined a tour group to Thailand. We spent time in Bangkok visiting the Emperor's palace, a nice lunch on the river, the floating market and train market. We flew to Chiang Rai and Chiang Rai respectively, visiting many temples, experiencing an Elephant Retirement/Rescue home, spent time learning from a Buddhist Monk, enjoyed the Night Market, and had a great cooking class. Then south to Phuket and the beaches. We spent a day trip to a floating village and James Bond Island, and another day trip to Phi Phi Island. We wrapped up with an add-on to Cambodia and visited Angkor Watt and other temples there -- simply amazing!

2022 Rhine to Race TourOur group began their adventure with a few days in Basel - touring Lucerne, visiting 2 great museums and a Ferrari restoration shop. Cruising the Rhine from Basel to Amsterdam we spent several wonderful days and had an exclusive tour of the Speyer Museum. Afterwards, we traveled to Aachen -- part of the group attending the Belgian Grand Prix at Circuit Spa, and part touring the Ardennes area of Belgium.
