Celebrate the 95th running of the 24 Hours of Le Mans with Good Carma Travel

Our current intended race weekend  itinerary: (Updated 3 August 2026)

• June 8    Arrive to Paris

  • Overnight hotel stay

• June 9    Transfer to Le Mans hotel from Paris 

  • Our intended hotel is in Tours, France at Oceania L'Univers

    • Hotel check in

• June 10    Pre-race activities

  • Final Hyper-pole qualifying

  • Night Practice

• June 11     Attend the drivers parade in town center (5:00 PM tentative)

  • Daytime - enjoy track exploration and an opportunity for the Public Pit Walk

• June 12     Race  starts at 4:00 PM

  • Arrive to track to enjoy Pre-race activities 

  • Platinum package Optional Grid Walk

  • Stay the night if you like, or shuttle back to the hotel

• June 13    Back to the track after breakfast

  • The racing concludes at 4:00 PM

  • Transportation back to the hotel

• June 14    Transfer back to Paris CDG Airport

• Our parallel tour itinerary during the race weekend

  • Four days in Loire Valley

    • Walking visit of the city of Tours with gourmet stops; Lunch in Amboise city center (not included); Guided visit of Chateau Royal d’Amboise; Guided visit of Château du Clos Lucé (last home of Leonardo da Vinci)

    • Guided visit of Chateau de Chambord; Visit and tasting with picnic lunch at a winery; Guided visit of Chateau de Chenonceau

    • Guided visit of 2 prestigious historic Châteaux : Azay-le-rideuax and Villandry with gardens; Visit and Wine tasting at a family-owned estate in one of the Loire Valley’s renowned wine appellations

    • Guided visit of the Royal Fortress of Chinon overlooking the historic fortified town, the ruins of this castle contain a wealth of history; Visits and tastings at 2 wineries from the famous chinon wine appellation

• Optional Extra prior to race itinerary in Belgium

  • Brussels hotel base with day trips to Bruges, Ghent, Bastogne

• Payment of deposit:  The deposit becomes part of the final payment due prior to tour arrival date. Balance of payment, additional 33% (US) per person due January 15, 2026 and balance due by  March 15, 2026  or before depending on requirements of suppliers. Reservations requested less than 8 weeks prior to departure require full prepayment. Changes: Every effort will be made to accommodate requests to modify reservations; ANY additional costs incurred by The Grand Prix Club Inc. will be the responsibility of the tour member which could include credit card processing fees.

• Cancellations:   Good Carma Travel, LLC is a tour operator and will endeavor to accommodate changes and cancellations when possible. Standard cancellation policy is as follows: More than 120 days full refund. 120 to 90 days before arrival date 50% refund, 60 to 90 days before arrival date 25% refund, less than 60 days before arrival date NO REFUNDS. Reservations are transferable. ANY additional costs that are incurred as a result of change or cancellation of a tour member’s reservation will be the sole responsibility of the tour member including credit card processing fees. Where possible every effort will be made to replace a request for cancellation with another booking, when this occurs there will be no additional costs to the canceling party.

• Responsibility: Good Carma Travel, LLC is acting as an agent on behalf of the tour member. As a condition of participation the member agrees to hold-harmless Good Carma Travel, LLC and it’s Management from any loss as a result of making reservations, attending any function or tour, participating in any way with activities as a result of affiliation with Good Carma Travel, LLC. Any loss resulting from cancellation, rescheduling or modification of an Event by the Event organizers is the sole responsibility of the tour member and not Good Carma Travel, LLC. The Management of Good Carma Travel, LLC will endeavor at all times to ensure that the interest of the tour member is considered when making reservations with suppliers of resources included in any tour Good Carma Travel organizes. Motor racing is a dangerous sport and tour participants should be advised to take normal precautions to avoid risk.

• Travel Insurance: Good Carma Travel, LLc recommends that the tour member elects to acquire Travel Insurance to protect from any financial loss that could be covered as a result of cancellation, rescheduling or default by a supplier of resources. It is the sole responsibility of the tour member to purchase Travel Insurance to protect the member from loss. Travel insurance is available from Good Carma Travel, LLC or other travel agencies and insurance companies.
